Heavy Duty Single Mode Double Sheath ADSS All Dielectric Self Support Aerial Fiber Optic Cable With Span 100m
ADSS (All-Dielectric Self-Supporting) cable is ideal for installation in distribution as well as transmission environments, even when live-line installations are required.
Description:
The fibers, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) locates in the center of core as a non-metallic strength member. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. The cable core is filled with filling gel to protect it from water ingress. The kevlar yarn surrounded the cable core as the reinforce strength member, then the cable is completed with a PE sheath.
Features:
Can be installed without shutting off the power.
Excellent AT performance. The maximum inductive at the operating point of AT jacket can reach 25kV.
Light weight and small diameter reducing the load caused by ice and wind and the load on towers and back props.
Large span lengths and the largest span is over 200m.
Good performance of tensile strength and temperature.
The design life span is over 30 years.
Applications :
Aerial
